Hey friends!
Where have the last 20 weeks gone?! I honestly lost track of time and all of a sudden we are halfway to meeting our third baby. I’m so excited to meet him or her (in case you missed it we aren't finding out this time) and to see how the kids react! I’ve just started feeling movement which is a lot later than I felt with Brynn. I was a bit worried because I hadn’t felt a thing until a couple days ago but now there are a few flutters and little kicks. This baby is probably just rocked to sleep everyday by all the noise and chasing Riley and Brynn around! Riley loves to try and feel baby move which is really cute. Brynn points to my tummy and says baby so I think she's understanding a bit.
Exercise
Now that I'm well into the second trimester I've been feeling great, sleeping so much better and back on a workout "schedule". I say schedule loosely because with 2 little ones I fit it in whenever I can whether it's during naptime, after they go to bed or I put a netflix show on for them while I workout. Brynn usually joins me for part of the workout and loves copying whatever I'm doing. Also, I've loved keeping up with yoga once a week and throughout the week stretching keeps muscles loose. With the last pregnancies I had nerve pain down my leg so I'm hoping to prevent it this time around! I definitely feel more energized after a workout and sleep better at night. And let's be honest, I workout so that I can eat that ice cream haha!
Food
Speaking of ice cream, I haven't had many cravings and all the food aversions are pretty much gone. I do love spicy food and ice cream. (not together ha!) I have been making a lot of smoothies in the mornings and the kids love them! I find it's a good way to add a bunch of spinach and hide some good stuff in there that they wouldn't normally eat on their own. This also helps me get more veggies in my diet.
Products/Supplements
I shared a bit about my skincare routine in my previous post which you can read here so I won't go into too much detail. I am loving the Tiber River great expectations belly butter as it's such a nourishing lotion and prevents stretch marks and is so hydrating. It's a natural product line that is made here in Winnipeg!
I've been taking prenatal vitamins along with Calcium Magnesium and vitamin C. The Magnesium has so many benefits, but mainly it's helped me with digestion, energy and sleeping! I also haven't had any leg spasms/cramps yet which Magnesium also helps with so I'm chalking it up to that! I'll link a site that has such great info about it here.

I'm debating getting a pregnancy pillow. Have you used one and if so which brand?
We are also looking at this bassinet - it looks like it would be really easy to travel with and fold up easily. If you have a bassinet, which did you use and what did you like/not like about it?! Would love to hear suggestions!

We had our work Christmas party this past weekend! I really didn't want to buy a maternity dress as I knew I wouldn't get that much wear out of it, so I tried on all my looser fitting dresses and this one fit! Scott was away hunting (hence why I'm alone in this pic haha!!). The party was SO much fun and it totally got me in the Christmas mood!

Have a great week everyone!!
Lindsay
