Brynn is TWO!!

This past weekend we celebrated Brynn's 2nd birthday! She has gone by the nicknames "Brynnie" or "sweetie" and I think we can add energizer bunny and firecracker to the list as well. Haha! She loves being around people (and animals) and definitely marches to her own drumbeat. It's so incredible seeing her personality and little determined spirit shine through. I would have never guessed she would be so outgoing because as a baby she was so quiet and laid back! 2 years has flown by! This day seems like yesterday and now we have a two year old (going on 10)!

Brynn loves the movie Frozen and sings "Let it Go" A LOT! So we had a little Frozen themed party. We didn't go too crazy with the theme but got a couple balloons, plates, cups and napkins to go along with it. Riley helped make "frost bites" which were marshmallows dipped in blue melted chocolate and sprinkles. I attempted to make a lemon cake and it turned out really well! Riley helped ice and decorate it which was so fun!

We had a pizza party with family and friends and kept it a really chill evening. It's always so cute to watch the kids play together and run around!

Riley decided to get Brynn a little bracelet as she is starting to show some interest in jewelry. He was so excited to give it to her (although he looks serious in this pic hah!).

To my sweet girl,

I love your free spirit and how you say "lob you mommy". I love our dance parties and how you can jump and run around for hours. You have such a sweet soul and I can't wait to watch you grow even more this year! I can't imagine life without you Brynnie. You add so much joy to our family.
